Business Office Coordinator

We need an Business Office Coordinator to join our team at Barrington in Fort Thomas, KY.

$40,000 to $52,000 Per Year

You'll assist the Administrator in the operation of the facility through correspondence, meetings, and communication with both professional and non-professional staff.

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Completing facility census, monthly and daily
• Administrating workers compensation
• Working as the Health/Dental insurance liaison
• Signing-in and maintaining resident files
• Maintaining of personnel files
• Supervising the receptionist
• Assisting all department heads
• Preparing employee evaluations
• Preparing for the notification of employee physicals and ppd (annual)
• Assisting administrator with clerical assignments
• Assisting family members with questions or directing them to the proper department head
• Setting up and preparing for quarterly meetings with department heads and medical directors
• Setting up appointments and meetings for the administrator
• Other tasks delegated as needed

• The ability to type 40 words per minute
• A pleasant phone voice
• The ability to organize daily work and set priorities
