Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Lead the development and execution of product strategy and roadmap for AI/ML products. Define product vision, goals, and milestones based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives.

  2. Requirements Gathering and Prioritization: Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and internal teams. Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.

  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and marketing, to drive product development initiatives. Facilitate communication and alignment across teams to ensure successful product delivery.

  4. Product Development and Launch: Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, prioritize features, and track project milestones. Coordinate product launches and go-to-market activities.

  5. User Testing and Feedback Analysis: Organize user testing sessions and gather feedback from beta testers and early adopters. Analyze user feedback and usage data to iterate on product features and improve user experience.

  6. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor product performance metrics, including usage, engagement, and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement based on data analysis and market feedback.

  7. Market Analysis and Competitive Research: Conduct market analysis and competitive research to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Identify market opportunities and potential areas for product differentiation.

  8. Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executives. Communicate product updates, roadmap plans, and project status to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications in AI/ML, product management, or related disciplines is a plus.

  2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI/ML products. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the product lifecycle.

  3. Technical Skills: Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies, algorithms, and applications. Familiarity with data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning concepts. Proficiency in tools such as Python, R, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is advantageous.

  4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Comfortable working with quantitative data and conducting statistical analysis.

  5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

  6. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, set priorities, and drive execution to meet business objectives. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus in a collaborative environment.
