Janitorial Services Manager

Seeking a skilled Janitorial Services Manager to oversee commercial and institutional janitorial services in a large-scale dormitory management services contract.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise commercial and institutional janitorial services of the approximate size and characteristics of the FLETC Complex.

- Set up and manage a variety of services, including laundry and housekeeping services.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of recent (within the past 10 years) responsible experience in the management and supervision of commercial and institutional janitorial services of the approximate size and characteristics of the FLETC Complex.

- Specific experience in setting up and managing a variety of services, including laundry and housekeeping services is mandatory.

- Proficiency in oral and written communications in English.

-Previous FLETC experience Preferred.

Position Summary

Ideal candidate will be local to FLETC in Charleston, SC or willing to relocate. Position requires passing background check to access government facilities.
