In the Telecom & Digital Infrastructure group, our Vice Presidents work across many verticals including broadband and network infrastructure, data centers and cloud infrastructure, managed services, satellites, wireless infrastructure and digital infrastructure services. We provide a wide range of services, including general financial advice, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, special committee assignments, takeover defenses, corporate restructurings, strategic partnerships/joint ventures and advice on capital structure.
We'll trust you to:
  • Direct financial analyses and review models
  • Lead preparation and creations of client presentations and marketing materials
  • Interact with client senior executives
  • Manage deal processes
  • Provide guidance to and supervise Associates and Analysts

You'll need to have:
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of investment banking experience (M&A experience strongly preferred)
  • A demonstrated team player attitude and leadership qualities with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture
  • Meaningful exposure to the Telecom & Digital Infrastructure sector
  • Top academic performance with comfort operating in an unstructured environment which values initiative, creativity, and maturity
  • Ability to support, manage and empower junior bankers
  • Strong client and presentation skills
  • Strong quantitative background and analytical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree required, an MBA and/or JD would be an asset

We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $250,000 - $275,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant's years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. Base salary is one component of Lazard Financial Advisory's compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.
