A Vice President Janitor typically oversees the janitorial team while still engaging in some high-level cleaning tasks, especially during critical periods or to set standards. The role involves scheduling, quality control, budget management, and staff training, requiring strong organizational skills and effective delegation. Regular communication with facility managers and other departments ensures that cleanliness standards align with organizational needs. This combination allows for both strategic oversight and practical involvement, fostering a productive and motivated team.
