Job description

Role Description the Janitorial Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in San Antonio, TX. This role is responsible for customer satisfaction to the assigned client accounts, ensuring quality standards, contract compliance, and customer engagement. The Janitorial Account Manager will communicate frequently with clients, address service issues, support continuous improvement, and provide clear reporting on operations and outcomes. This role also involves collaborating with internal departments on staffing, training, safety, and budgeting to support reliable, efficient service.


Qualifications

  • Experience managing janitorial or building services accounts, including supervision of on-site teams and coordination of daily operations.
  • Strong client relationship skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle concerns promptly, and maintain high service standards.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality inspection practices in commercial, healthcare, or industrial environments.
  • Ability to use digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking, with solid organizational and time-management skills.
  • Previous experience in facilities management, building services, or related fields; experience in a multi-site or multi-industry environment is a plus.
