What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities): As our Janitorial Account Manager, you won't just sit in an office—you will be the visible, driving force on the warehouse floor!

  • Lead in the Trenches: Manage, coach, and inspire a dedicated team of 16 employees across multiple shifts (including 4 shift leads) to maintain elite facility standards.

  • Master the Floor: Spend 75% of your shift on your feet walking the floor, completing daily slot inspections, and handling inventory adjustments.

  • Take the Wheel: Learn to operate, train, and certify your team on 2.5-ton heavy-duty pallet jacks and forklifts.

  • Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact, attending daily 9:00 AM alignment meetings with client executive leadership.

  • Business Operations: Proudly take ownership of your site's budget, labor tracking, P&L management, and team retention.

Janitorial Account Manager: What You Bring To The Team (Qualifications):

  • Heavy-Duty Comfort: 100% comfort learning to drive and operate forklifts/pallet jacks in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment (Prior certification is a huge plus!).

  • Warehouse Resilience: Ability to work on your feet for the majority of a shift in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

  • Leadership Mindset: Proven experience holding teams accountable, managing budgets/P&Ls, and driving employee retention.
