The Budd Group is seeking a proactive and high-energy Janitorial Account Manager to oversee operations within the Local School District. In this vital role, you will manage a diverse workforce, build strong relationships with school officials, and ensure operational excellence across 10-20 educational facilities. Janitorial Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily janitorial operations and quality control for a portfolio of 10-20 school locations and support buildings.
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team of 40-100 employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Execute full-cycle administrative duties, including hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, including school principals, teachers, and district administration.
  • Drive between various school sites daily to conduct inspections and support staff (approx. 20-minute radius).
  • Coordinate project work (such as floor care) during school breaks, summer, and holidays.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to shifting schedules, covering either daytime (approx. 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) or evening (approx. 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM) shifts as business needs evolve.

Janitorial Account Manager Requirements:
