Position: VP of ABA


A leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Our team consists of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of ABA to join our growing team. The VP of ABA will be responsible for overseeing all regional aspects of our ABA services, including program development, staff management, and business operations. 

To build and run a thriving, multi-site ABA division that delivers exceptional outcomes for clients, is a place clinicians love to work, and grows profitably year over year.

Position Reports to: COO
Reporting Positions: ABA Clinic Directors (2–4 sites)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Leadership, Management, and Accountability (LMA) of ABA Clinical Directors across all
sites, reviewing site performance, support their development, and remove obstacles
2. Own the P&L for the ABA product line across all sites; achieve revenue, margin, and
census growth targets
3. Drive growth strategy: expand census at existing sites, identify and open new clinic
locations, and develop referral and community partnerships
4. Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of Clinic Directors; participate in
hiring decisions for key clinical and operational roles at each site
5. Set and maintain consistent clinical quality standards, policies, and best practices across
all ABA sites
6. Ensure all sites remain compliant with payer requirements, state licensure, and board
regulations; serve as escalation point for payer and audit issues
7. Lead payer and contract relationship management; negotiate and maintain health plan
agreements that support the growth and sustainability of the ABA product line
8. Build and sustain a strong ABA culture across sites: high morale, low turnover, shared
values, and a team that attracts top clinical talent
9. Prepare and deliver regular performance reports across sites to executive leadership,
including financial results, clinical quality, and growth metrics
10. Lead new site launches: facility readiness, credentialing, staffing, and ramp to census
targets
11. Promote ABA in the community; represent the organization at referral
sources, professional associations, and relevant community events

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement ABA programs and services in accordance with best practices and industry standards

- Oversee the hiring, training, and management of ABA staff, including behavior technicians, BCBAs, and BCaBAs

- Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to set and achieve company goals and objectives

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as insurance requirements

- Monitor and analyze program data to make data-driven decisions and improve outcomes for clients

- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources

- Participate in marketing and business development efforts to promote the company and its services

- Manage the financial aspects of the ABA department, including budgeting and revenue projections

- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of ABA and implement new strategies as needed

- Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and other professional events

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of ABA, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role

- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques, as well as experience with a variety of ABA methodologies

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and effectively manage staff

- Experience with program development and quality improvement initiatives

- Familiarity with insurance and billing processes for ABA services

- Passion for working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities

- Willingness to travel within the Oklahoma City area, as needed
