Join Our Growing Team at Irving’s ABA Therapy!

Irving’s ABA Therapy is a family-owned ABA provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, individualized services to children and families across North Carolina. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a part-time hybrid role with a flexible schedule.

Position Details

  • Position: Part-Time BCBA
  • Pay: $60 per hour
  • Schedule: Flexible
  • Work Setting: Hybrid (combination of in-person and remote services)
  • Location: North Carolina

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and BTs
  • Monitor client progress and make treatment recommendations
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Complete required documentation in compliance with Medicaid and payer requirements
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, ethical ABA services

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Must possess a North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential or be eligible and willing to obtain NC LBA licensure
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
