Summer BCBA Contract Opportunity — 4-Week School Assignment
Start Date: July 7, 2026 Location: Seattle area Hours: 12 hours/week Pay: $80/hr (local)
About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in an educational setting, you’ll serve as a clinical leader supporting students with academic and behavioral needs. This role blends consultation, training, assessment, and hands-on behavioral intervention planning. You’ll collaborate closely with school teams to strengthen student support systems and ensure high-quality behavioral service delivery.
What You’ll Do

Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans

Provide consultation and training to school staff

Observe, assess, and supervise behavioral and educational programming

Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs

Uphold professional standards and contribute to a positive school environment
Minimum Requirements

Current BCBA certification from BACB

Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, teaching, or related field

Preferred: Experience delivering behavior analytic services in school settings

Preferred: Minimum 1 year pediatric experience

CPR certification (if applicable)

TB screening and health certificate (as required)

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
