Job description

Master Faster Inc is seeking BCBA, NY/LBA to join our growing ABA agency as a full-time salaried BCBA. Candidates should be attentive to detail, communicative, positive, driven and work well with a team.

In Person: Monroe

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Assessments

- Develop effective treatment plans for our clients.

- Meet with families and educators to best understand presenting concerns

- Adjust treatment plans to facilitate child growth.

- Complete authorizations as needed for clients

- Supervise BT/RBTs

-Ensure appropriate documentation of progress.

-The salaried BCBA role will require a monthly hour requirement with a caseload assigned to support this.

Qualifications: Must have a current BCBA Certification and NY-LBA

Location:  In-Person Monroe

Job Requirment Outlined:

The role would entail:- 118 BCBA billable hours per month

  • averaged to approximately 27 hours weekly
  • 720 BT monthly hours across the caseload
  • Caseload structured to support productivity

  • 16 PTO days per year, paid at salary rate
