You’ll take on 6‑month assignments in locations across the country while maintaining manageable caseloads, strong clinical support, and a clear path for career growth.
Founded in 2005 by occupational therapist Kim Strunk, Hopebridge is a leader in pediatric autism therapy, delivering care through a collaborative model that integrates Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech therapy, and occupational therapy. In this pivotal role, you'll extend Hopebridge's remarkable care to children in diverse communities, utilizing your expertise to foster positive change. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and mentor RBTs, Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs. You’ll also partner closely with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists each day to provide comprehensive and collaborative care in a fully equipped center environment. Required SkillsWhat You’ll Need  
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is required  
  • Valid BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states is required  
  • At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA is required
