If you’re looking for a place where clinical decisions are driven by outcomes, not quotas, and where leadership is accessible, collaborative, and invested in long-term sustainability, you’ll feel at home here.

We are a locally led, organically grown ABA provider serving a diverse client population across Austin, including both Medicaid and commercially funded families. • Caseloads designed for quality supervision
• Clinical autonomy with collaborative leadership
• Ongoing mentorship and leadership development

  • Conduct in-home assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs

  • Deliver parent training and support family-centered interventions

  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven program adjustments

  • Collaborate with care teams, leadership, and clinical staff

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Travel within assigned caseload area (Central and North Austin)

This role is perfect for a BCBA who enjoys field-based work and wants to make a direct impact in a child’s natural environment.

Why Join Our In-Home BCBA Team?
  • Flexible scheduling within daytime hours

  • Autonomy in managing your caseload with strong leadership support

  • Dedicated operations support to ensure clinical focus

  • Collaborative clinical culture with open communication

  • Opportunities for clinical growth and leadership pathways

Compensation

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000, depending on experience
Sign-on or relocation stipend options available up to $2,500

Benefits
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (with employer contribution)

  • Paid time off + paid holidays + floating holiday (birthday)

  • Monthly performance bonuses

  • Mileage reimbursement

  • Free CEUs, ongoing training, and clinical development

  • Referral bonus programs

  • RBT support structure to ensure reliable staffing and quality service delivery

Requirements
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Texas licensure, or ability to obtain it

  • Strong experience supervising RBTs

  • Excellent communication and clinical leadership skills

  • Reliable transportation to travel between client homes

  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, family-centered care

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and move throughout home environments

  • Ability to lift up to 25–30 pounds as needed during sessions
