If you're energized by single-subject design, precision teaching, and making a real difference, we'd love to meet you.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSComplete intakes for new clients and conduct functional behavior assessments to establish meaningful objectives and goalsAdminister behavioral, language, play, and skill-based assessmentsDesign, supervise, and analyze treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis and precision teachingSupervise, evaluate, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality, consistent treatment plan implementationOverlap client sessions semi-monthly to support fidelity and staff developmentPartner with parents and guardians through monthly family meetings to support skill generalization across home and clinic environmentsUphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and HIPAA compliance at all timesMaintain a flexible schedule responsive to client needs, while meeting a monthly service aim of 120 hoursREQUIRED SKILLSMaster's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related fieldProfessional, polished representation of the agency at all timesStrong verbal and written communication skillsReliable work ethic with consistent follow-through on scheduling commitmentsSolid assessment and treatment planning skills1+ year of clinical experience with children with developmental disabilities or autism (such as RBT experience, BCBA experience, Program Manager experience, etc.)Ability to work independently and take initiativePrecision Teaching or Natural Environment Teaching (NET) background preferredQUALIFICATIONSActive BCBA national certification (required)NPI number, CAQH profile, and Illinois State LicensureMust pass a background checkFirst Aid/CPR certification preferred; QBS Safety-Care training providedTRAVELServices split between in-home, clinic, and remote settings; travel up to 30 minutes one way within your regionValid driver's license and proof of auto insurance requiredREPORTINGReports to Clinical Supervisor or Senior BCBA#BCBA1
