Training Wheels ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Austin clinical team.

What You’ll DoConduct in-home assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs
Deliver parent training and support family-centered interventions
Monitor client progress and make data-driven program adjustments
Collaborate with care teams, leadership, and clinical staff
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Travel within assigned caseload area (Central and North Austin)

CompensationSalary: $75,000 – $85,000, depending on experience
Sign-on or relocation stipend options available up to $2,500

RequirementsActive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Texas licensure, or ability to obtain it
Strong experience supervising RBTs
Excellent communication and clinical leadership skills
Reliable transportation to travel between client homes
Commitment to ethical, compassionate, family-centered care
Physical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, kneel, and move throughout home environments
Ability to lift up to 25–30 pounds as needed during sessions
