Remote Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)

ABA Journey is seeking a motivated and compassionate BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and ABA oversight for clients throughout Georgia. This BCBA opportunity is fully remote and designed for a BCBA who values flexibility, ethical practice, and meaningful clinical impact.

This position supports children and families through high-quality, individualized ABA services led by experienced BCBAs.

About the BCBA Role

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) provides oversight of ABA programming, supervision of clinical staff, and ongoing treatment evaluation. The BCBA is responsible for ensuring services are data-driven, ethical, and individualized to client needs.

Key Duties for the BCBA Clinical Supervisor

  • Complete behavioral and skills assessments as a BCBA
