, Permanent Position: Clinical BCBA Company Overview: Psyctalent is a leading provider of behavioral health services in Oklahoma City, OK. We specialize in providing comprehensive and evidence-based treatments for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our team is dedicated to improving the lives of our clients and their families through compassionate and personalized care. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical BCBA to join our team. The Clinical BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans - Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members - Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans - Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor progress towards treatment goals - Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure a coordinated and effective treatment approach - Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports - Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis - Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company Qualifications: - Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field - Current BCBA certification - Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA in a clinical setting - Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans - Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passion for working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities - Willingness to travel to client homes and other locations as needed - Must pass a background check and drug screening Benefits: - Competitive salary commensurate with experience - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off and holidays - Professional development opportunities - Supportive and collaborative work environment If you are a dedicated and compassionate BCBA looking to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Psyctalent.
