Part Time File Clerk

***$1,000 signing bonus*** We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness, intellectual disability, or drug and alcohol addiction.

Penndel Mental Health Center is a non profit community based mental health agency located in Langhorne. We are seeking candidates to join our team of professionals who are passionate about working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness, intellectual disability, or drug and alcohol addiction. Our focus is to foster a culture of collaboration, respect and personal growth.

Responsibilities include:

Ø Maintain Client Records; compile and complete filing for Client Records

Ø Perform Division Record Audits as requested by Office Manager or Director

Ø Process requests for Medical Records for review by Office Manager

Ø Process and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail

Ø Assist with answering phones

Ø Coordinate use and maintenance of Division vehicles – ensure required insurance documentation and safety information is present in each vehicle – ensure staff have appropriate gas card ID’s

Ø Distribution of Individual Support Plan (ISP) notices and ISP invitations

Ø Distribute and document dispatch of authorized ISP’s and Agree/Disagree forms

Ø Initiate, record and mail Waiver Recertification (MR 251) forms

Ø Document receipt of Client Annual Physicals

Ø Maintain records of Supports Coordination Training for Annual State SC Qualification Process

The position requires a high school diploma.
