Ave Maria Home is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator.
This position is responsible for educating all staff and ensuring all licenses and certifications are kept up to date.
The Staff Development Coordinator also leads orientation and helps with the pre-employment paperwork.
Long-Term Care experience isn't required but the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of LTC experience.
This is a full-time position with benefits after 30 days.
