Key Responsibilities

- Accurately input and update customer information into the database.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software.
