Position: Director of Franchising

Location: Boca Raton, Florida

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to recruit new franchisees and support the expansion of our franchise network.
• Lead the franchise sales process, including prospecting, qualification, and closure, ensuring alignment with our brand's luxury standards.
• Provide comprehensive support and guidance to prospective franchisees, from initial inquiry through to the final agreement and beyond.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for expansion and recommend strategies for penetrating new markets.
• Foster strong relationships with existing franchisees, providing ongoing support to ensure their success and adherence to brand standards.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs for franchisees, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources to operate successfully.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that franchise operations are consistent with company-wide objectives and policies.
• Be willing to travel at least once a month to meet with current and prospective franchisees and to attend relevant industry events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise sales or development, preferably in the luxury service or transportation industry.
• Proven track record of successful franchise sales and territory expansion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of franchise laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Availability to travel at least once a month.
