The Expertise We’re Looking For:
· Prior Office Management/Administrative Experience (Required)
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Required)
· High school degree (Required)
· Prior Experience Working in Financial Advisory Industry (Preferred)

· Detail oriented with strong follow-up processes
· Proven time-management and organizational skills in high-volume and high-energy environments
What You Will Be Responsible For:
· Collect all vital information for all paperwork
· Complete investment account opening paperwork and annuity and life insurance applications
· Process new business applications with detail and accuracy and submit to appropriate carriers
· Track application and new account set up and follow-up on all pending business
· Track transfer of funds and follow-up with carriers
· Provide all needed information and material for delivery
· Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, entering client data into CRM system etc.
· Collect all vital information to execute requests or required post issue functions
· Perform tasks required to execute Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs)
o Calculate RMDs
o Schedule time with agent/advisors to determine which accounts to pull RMDs
o Contact Client to inform them of the RMD amount and account(s) that will be impacted and set a meeting if requested
o Submit completed forms to companies
o Track all distributions made and RMD met
· Process all client service requests such as contributions, distribution requests, change of beneficiaries, change of client address etc.
· Process any annuity surrenders
· Monitor annuity policies for annual reallocation
· Provide all needed information and material for delivery
· Coordinate all marketing campaigns, databases, and client communication
· Manage marketing campaign for clients and prospects
· Be a back up to answer phone calls and to help with calendar appointment reminders
· Assist with prospect and client events as needed
· All other duties as assigned
Pay: $40,000 - $45,000 + bonus opportunities
