The Nice Law Firm is accepting applications for a Client Intake Specialist in its Indianapolis office. We are an established law firm (over 30 years) with nine offices throughout Indiana. We are looking for a high-caliber person who has a great personality, is an excellent communicator, loves talking to people on the phone, sorting out issues, and is organized and able to follow up, follow through, and make things happen!

We are looking for a quick learner with a positive attitude to become our next Client Intake Specialist (read: client and attorney wrangler extraordinaire) to help expand our intake department.
When our prospective clients call us for help, they're often going through an emotionally difficult period. Our Client Intake Specialists provide our potential clients with the ultimate telephone customer service experience. It requires the right combination of telephone skills, empathy, analytical listening, and the ability to ask smart questions to get to the root of the legal issues and then to match each of our potential clients with one of our hard-working attorneys.

This important position involves completing administrative duties related to client intake and retention. If you have legal experience and are looking for that next step in your career, this position may be perfect for you!
Other requirements include the following:
- Conveys confidence on the phone
- Sets the tone and the pace of the potential client phone call
- A “people” person who easily builds rapport with others during phone calls
- Shows empathy to potential clients and puts them at ease during their difficult time
- Treats a call at 4:30 on Friday with the same care and compassion as one on Monday morning
- Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Able to accurately summarize complex factual situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database entry
- Strong organizational and follow through skills
- Inbound sales experience is a significant plus
- Past legal experience is also a significant plus
