Are you an experienced Intake Specialist with a background in personal injury law? We are seeking a reliable, organized, and compassionate professional to join our growing personal injury law firm in Houston, Texas.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing exceptional customer service while gathering the information needed to begin their case.


Location: Houston, TX (In Office)

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from potential clients and gather detailed case information.
  • Conduct client intake interviews with professionalism and empathy.
  • Schedule consultations and appointments.
