We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all client questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Compensation:$30,000 - $34,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel
- Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis
- Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Order office equipment and supplies as needed
- Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems
- Call prospective clients, prospective businesses for referral program, and prospective podcasts to be a guest
- Manage CRM Tax Database
- Assistant to the Tax Department Head and Tax Filing Expert
- Assist with bookkeeping for HOA clients as needed
- Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
- Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
- Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
- High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
- Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
- Customer service and administrative experience is preferred
