Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Duties:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company objectives
- Oversee all aspects of the marketing department including branding, advertising, digital marketing, and public relations
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve departmental goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and allocate resources wisely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing campaigns
- Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a track record of successful marketing campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of various marketing disciplines including email marketing, SEO, digital marketing, performance marketing, and research
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress, HTML5, and other relevant marketing tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across departments

Previous experience in Disaster Restoration, Construction, or a related field is highly preferred
