Position Summary:
The Sr. Director, Marketing leads the strategy and execution of marketing programs for key outpatient healthcare markets, including Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), Healthcare Solutions, and B2B/New Construction. This role is responsible for driving business growth, market share, and profitability through the development of marketing plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams, oversees trade show activities, monitors market trends and customer needs, and manages a team of eight direct reports to ensure successful execution of business objectives.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
  • Develop strategic programs for the company's key outpatient markets (e.g., Healthcare Solutions Division, ASC, and B2B/New Construction, etc.)
    and collaborate with acute care facilities and customers to meet their needs.
  • Responsible for directing the development of marketing strategy and tactics, implementation and control of
    marketing programs to maintain and increase market share and profits for assigned categories or divisions.
  • Ensure the attainment of organization goals of market share, profit, price, and revenue
  • Development and implementation of overall business and marketing plans that create alignment and a clear
    vision that drives successful achievement of business objectives.
  • Oversee the development of strategic and tactical business plans, budgets, forecasts, metrics, and measures key
    performance indicators to monitor and evaluate results.
  • Responsible for ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration in all business areas.
  • Understand healthcare industry trends, competition, health economics, and customer insights.
  • Direct trade show activities to manage booth activities in coordination with the trade show and conventions
    team.
  • Prepare monthly report to monitor the success of marketing plans, sales and other key projects.
  • Resposible for all management activies for 8 direct reports.

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience within the medical device industry.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Occasional business travel required, Valid driver's license and passport, Secrecy and invention agreement and non-compete agreement

Preferred:
  • Master's degree.
  • 3+ years of B. Braun experience.
