Position:  Microsoft Dynamics CRM Analyst
Compensation: $85 - $105K 
LocationSt. Louis
Schedule: Hybrid. 

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a specialization in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), particularly with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in automating queries and reports, building out custom reports, and excel at presenting technical information to C-suite executives. This role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring CRM solutions, and leveraging automation to enhance reporting capabilities. The candidate will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and effectively communicating technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements related to CRM and reporting.
  • Utilize advanced querying techniques to extract and manipulate data from Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other systems.
  • Design, develop, and automate complex reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
  • Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to support reporting requirements and business needs.
  • Analyze data trends, patterns, and insights to provide actionable recommendations for process improvements and decision-making.
  • Present findings, reports, and recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including report specifications, data dictionaries, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and developers to implement automation solutions and integrate reporting tools with CRM systems.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on report generation, data visualization, and CRM functionalities.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends related to CRM, reporting, and data analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst specializing in CRM solutions, with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong proficiency in querying languages such as SQL, as well as experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Demonstrated ability to automate queries, reports, and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in building custom reports, dashboards, and data models to support business decision-making.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or relevant reporting tools is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
