Job Description

Our company is currently seeking an Administration Management/Billing to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining payables and receivables for our company.

50% Administrative

Assist with coordination, scheduling, and issue resolution
Work directly with the owner

50 % Accounting

Payables
- Reconcile sub contractor and vendor invoices with budgets
- Check the accuracy of business and credit card transactions and reconcile with budgets
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Negotiate with sub contractors and vendors on invoicing and pricing
- Insurance follow up with sub contractors and third party administrators
- Create and track commission spreadsheets for vendor partners
Receivables
- Create, send and follow up on customer invoices.
- Conduct weekly meetings with project coordinators to reconcile invoices.
- Update and maintain deposits in QuickBooks.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
Fundamental knowledge of QuickBooks and cost coding
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Degree preferred or related field experience
Positive attitude
