What you will be doing:
- Leading, developing and executing a sales strategy with independent sales representatives.
- Representing us at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Collaborating with the Architectural community by providing product presentations.
- Managing a sales team.
- Problem solving and analyzing sales strategies.
- Staying updated with the construction industry or building envelope products.
- Proven sales experience and experience in managing a team.
- Knowledge of the construction industry or building envelope products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 33% as needed.
- Experience with architectural product sales is preferred.
