Architectural Project Lead

Eden Prairie, MN | Direct Hire | $70k - $95k

Konik is partnering with a growing company with an excellent culture and collaborative design team seeking an Architectural Project Lead to join their team. In this role, you will coordinate the technical documentation for commercial projects and work with outside consultants under the direction of a Project Architect.

As an Architectural Project Lead You'll Get To:

  • Coordinate, produce, and assemble construction document sets using Revit
  • Lead and assist architectural project teams, including external consultants, through project development and construction administration phases
  • Collaborate with Project Architect to prepare and manage architectural budgets
  • Collaborate with other team members in Project Management and Engineering
  • Review and process project submittals, RFI's, and change management during Construction Administration
  • Create presentation drawings for submittal to governing agencies, landowners, and owner

As an Architectural Project Lead, You'll Bring:

  • Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in Architecture
  • Minimum five years of architecture experience with commercial building projects
  • Previous experience with construction administration and project management
  • Strong Revit skills
