We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Architecture

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously.

  • Develop and monitor project schedules, staffing plans, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.

  • Coordinate project teams and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

  • Participate in project planning, contract administration, fee proposals, and resource allocation.

  • Oversee project documentation, quality control, and communication throughout all project phases.

  • Support construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittal reviews, site observations, and coordination meetings.

  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.

  • Professional architectural license required.

  • 8+ years of architectural project experience.

  • Strong background in project management, construction administration, and consultant coordination.

  • Knowledge of building systems, construction methods, materials, and sustainable design practices.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
