Firm Description

Integrus Architecture is a Pacific Northwest design practice offering architectural, structural engineering, experiential design, and interior design with offices in Spokane, Seattle, and Portland. With nearly 75 years' experience, we are passionate about shaping the relational spaces that bring society together through public works architecture.

At Integrus we create environments that support the best of human aspiration, potential, and goodwill. We focus our efforts around our three pillars: Supporting Architectures of Care and Belonging, Shaping Spaces of Community and Resilience, and Sustaining Environments through Stewardship and Innovation.

Known for our collaborative approach and community focus, we take great care in working closely with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and each other to ensure that each project meets the unique needs and aspirations of the people it serves.

Shape the Future of Learning Environments

We are seeking a Project Manager who is passionate about delivering meaningful, high-impact spaces, places that support communities for generations. In this role, you will lead complex, mid- to large-scale projects from Initial Planning through Project Closeout, guiding teams, building relationships, and ensuring design excellence translates into built reality.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative and strategic leader with proven project management and team leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with clients, consultants, and stakeholders alike. They thrive at the intersection of design, technical execution, and client partnership, bringing both big-picture thinking and attention to detail throughout every phase of a project. A passion for mentorship, problem-solving, and delivering thoughtful, community-centered educational environments is essential to success in this role.

Your Impact

As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in delivering projects that make a lasting impact. You'll work closely with the Principal-in-Charge, and Design Principal to shape project outcomes, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of our education practice.

You will:

  • Champion thoughtful, high-performing design solutions that respond to the evolving needs of civic environments
  • Guide projects strategically - balancing scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining design integrity
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
  • Ensure clarity and alignment through effective communication, technical coordination, and decision-making
  • Mentor and develop team members, helping elevate the next generation of designers
  • Contribute to winning work, supporting proposals, interviews, and client engagement

How You'll Lead

In this role, you will:

  • Direct projects from early visioning through construction administration and closeout, ensuring continuity of design intent and quality of construction
  • Coordinate consultants and manage technical integration/coordination across multiple disciplines
  • Lead project reviews and guide teams through complex problem-solving
  • Facilitate communication between clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams, including coordination with federal, state, and local authorities as required.
  • Navigate public-sector and federal agency project requirements, review processes, and stakeholder engagement to support successful project delivery.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate ideas and solutions
  • Oversee project planning, staffing, and execution to ensure successful outcomes

Who You Are

You are a collaborative and confident leader who brings clarity, empathy, and decisiveness to your work. You understand that great projects are built on strong relationships-and you know how to build and sustain them.

You bring:

  • A passion for community impact though high quality design
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
  • Confidence navigating complex projects, teams, and stakeholder groups
  • A solutions-oriented mindset and sound professional judgment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences
  • A commitment to mentoring others and fostering a positive team culture

Your work will help shape environments where people learn, grow, and connect. By balancing vision with execution, you'll ensure that each project not only meets expectations-but elevates them.

  • Architectural licensure required,
