We are a rapidly growing architecture firm with over 30 years of experience specializing in residential projects. We are seeking a Full-Time Architectural Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working through drawings from start to completion, communicating with our leadership, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for constantly exercising discretion and judgment in the intellectual field of architecture relating to the designs of all Midtown Architects’ products
  • Heavy use of AutoCAD LT to produce 2D architectural drawings from preliminary sketches through to completed construction documents of single-family residential homes
  • Check own work for completeness, accuracy, and fulfillment of established company standards. As well as checking the work of any other team member
  • Work from drawings, sketches, scanned images, and/or specifications
  • Manage multiple computer files in a Windows environment (DWG, DWF, PDF)
  • Team Player
  • Exhibit organizational skills
  • Display product knowledge
  • Work through Construction Documents from start to completion
  • Communicate with leadership to ensure project requirements are met
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Experience in residential architecture, including roof plan design highly preferred
  • AutoCAD proficiency is a must. We do not use Revit. Applicants will be asked to take an AutoCAD drafting test as part of the interview process.
