Our client is a respected architectural and interior design firm with a strong healthcare portfolio and a collaborative, team-driven culture. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their dedicated Healthcare Team who is equally comfortable leading complex healthcare design projects as they are participating in business development and client pursuits. This role offers high visibility, strategic influence, and the opportunity to help shape the continued growth of the firm's healthcare practice. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare experience, strong leadership presence, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple healthcare projects at varying stages from programming through construction administration while serving as primary client liaison.
  • Carry full accountability for project budgeting, scheduling, scope coordination, and overall team performance.
  • Direct and mentor internal design teams, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and alignment with client objectives.
  • Support and actively participate in business development efforts, including proposals, interviews, presentations, and industry events.
  • Cultivate and expand long-term client relationships while identifying and pursuing new healthcare project opportunities.

Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive architectural experience, must have healthcare project experience.
