We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Architecture
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously.
Develop and monitor project schedules, staffing plans, budgets, and deliverables.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Coordinate project teams and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Participate in project planning, contract administration, fee proposals, and resource allocation.
Oversee project documentation, quality control, and communication throughout all project phases.
Support construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittal reviews, site observations, and coordination meetings.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Professional architectural license required.
8+ years of architectural project experience.
Strong background in project management, construction administration, and consultant coordination.
Knowledge of building systems, construction methods, materials, and sustainable design practices.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
Experience with industry-standard design and project management software preferred, including Revit and related collaboration platforms.
