MAY Management is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Architectural Review Board (ARB) Coordinator to join our growing team in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Working from our Ponte Vedra office, you'll play a key role in supporting community associations by managing the architectural review process, ensuring compliance with governing documents, and delivering exceptional service to homeowners, board members, and community managers. MAY Management has served Florida communities for more than 35 years and provides full-service HOA and condominium management throughout the state.
Position Summary:
The Architectural Review Board Coordinator (ARB) is responsible for managing architectural review processes within housing communities. This role involves reviewing applications, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and facilitating communication between homeowners and the review board.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review architectural modification requests and ensure compliance with community standards.
  • Provide guidance to homeowners on application processes and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all submissions and board decisions.
  • Collaborate with the review board to streamline approval processes.
  • Communicate decisions to homeowners professionally and promptly.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with architectural standards and HOA guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Backgrounds in property management/HOA are strongly required for this position.

Knowledge & Skills
