Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365, strong technical leadership skills, and the ability to align business requirements with robust technical architectures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and design end to end architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Lead solution design and technical architecture discussions with stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high performing CRM solutions
  • Provide governance, best practices, and design standards across implementations
  • Architect integrations between D365 CRM and other enterprise systems (ERP, Azure services, third party apps)
  • Oversee customization including plugins, workflows, PCF components, and client scripting
  • Guide development teams and review code to ensure quality and compliance with architecture
  • Design data models, security models, and application integrations
  • Ensure optimal usage of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Lead performance optimization, troubleshooting, and solution enhancements
  • Support pre sales activities including solution proposals and estimations
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Proven experience as a Solution/Technical Architect in D365 CRM projects
  • Deep understanding of:
    • D365 CRM architecture and customization
    • Dataverse, entities, forms, views, and security model
    • Plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and PCF development
  • Strong experience with:
    • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
    • Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management)
    • Integration patterns (REST APIs, middleware, data migration tools)
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, and web technologies
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control (Git/Azure DevOps)
