A Vacation Property Rental Company is Looking to Hire an Executive Business Partner for a 9 MONTH HYBRID W2 CONTRACT - APPLY TODAY!

While this client is open to remote candidates, preference will be given to those in San Francisco because the role may include occasional work at a Company office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.

$$: $41-51/hr.

It is important that our Business Partners have the ability to interact and manage up with staff at all levels while remaining flexible, proactive and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

A Typical Day:

  • Manage all day to day administrative responsibilities for 3 Engineering directors and the overall Community Support Platform (CSP) Tech organization. This includes advanced calendar management, travel and expense management, note-taking, meeting preparation and follow up, report and resource/database maintenance and coordinating office access. Act as a thought partner to the leader to strategically align their calendar with their priorities
  • Plan and execute team events, offsites, activities, and recognition
  • Assist and/or own content creation including drafting emails and creating presentations
  • Manage purchase orders and partner with the leader and finance to track and analyze budget and expenses
  • Provide support for project-related work including, but not limited to process improvement, participating in strategic organizational activities, managing end-to-end external executive events, managing senior leadership agendas, and partnering with key external stakeholders
  • Maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders such as internal/external comms, talent partners, D&B, FP&A, legal and recruiting for org effectiveness
  • Represent the organization to internal and external stakeholders
  • Build effective relationships within the Company to serve as a catalyst around scheduling and or spontaneous inquiries/requests
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Cultivate team culture by supporting our CSP Tech Culture Pod and partnering with our CSP Tech D&B Council
  • Work alongside and partner closely with the Executive Business Partners of Tech and CS Global Operations on ​tasks and projects as needed
  • Effectively manage and support the organization across multiple time zones
  • The responsibilities of this role are subject to change depending on the organizational needs, and may encompass additional tasks beyond those mentioned in this job description

Your Expertise:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience supporting senior level executives in an administrative capacity
  • Previous experience in high growth environment strongly preferred
  • Strong work ethic, proactive, exhibits positivity, professionalism, confidentiality and good judgment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
  • Ability to deal with conflict as well as give and receive feedback diplomatically
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguity
  • Incredibly organized and resourceful; able to juggle and multi-task, with an acute attention to detail and follow through
  • Advanced presentation skills and expertise with meeting collaboration tools (Google Suite, Slack, Zoom)
  • Passion for trying, learning, improving, and sharing best practices
  • Ability to remain calm and poised under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with leadership and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and deliver on priorities
  • Proven track record of being reliable, prepared, responsive, eager to learn and encouraging
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • May be required to travel up to 25%
