Job Title: Data Entry / Coding Representative

Pay: $16 / HR | Bi-weekly

Job Type: Onsite in Detroit, MI | Full Time | Monday - Friday 8-4:30

Data Entry / Coding Representative Overview:

• Under the supervision of the team leader/supervisor or their designee, verifies and enters data into a computer mainframe or software database system.
• Identifies hardware or software problems associated with data entry.
• May compile statistics, generate reports and problems solve computer errors.
• May assist with clerical support type duties and perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Requires a level of knowledge that is normally associated by completion of high school or equivalent. Minimum of 6-12 months previous office experience with capability of typing 25 wpm. Previous personal computer experiences, or other related data entry experience preferred.

Data Entry / Coding Representative Qualifications:

Minimum Education/Experience:

• At least 6 months of office experience
• Experience in computers – will train for specific software.
• Should be well versed in different software programs
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Typing – 25 words per minute
