What You'll Do:

Develop and Innovate: Create inspiring learning programs that meet the diverse needs of our organization, leveraging the latest in educational technology.
Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with top-level leaders to ensure our teams are equipped for success in an ever-evolving work environment.
Manage and Mentor: Lead our Learning and Development team, encouraging continuous improvement and professional growth.
Evaluate and Enhance: Implement robust evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and drive continuous development.
Safeguard and Support: Maintain the utmost confidentiality and integrity in managing sensitive training information while fostering an ethical workplace.

You're Perfect for This Role If You Have:

A Bachelor's degree in Education, Industrial Relations, or a related field, or significant teaching experience.
At least three years of experience in a corporate training setting.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and facilitating organizational change.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a technical aptitude for learning new software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Our pay ranges are designed to allow for candidates with various levels of experience and skill to be considered, and to allow room for growth to be achieved in a role over time. Generally, new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates.
