VP of Human Resources - Manufacturing

VP of Human Resources for a strong Georgia based Manufacturer! This position will report to the Atlanta area location.

The Vice President of Human Resources (HR) provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organizations HR operations. The Vice President will provide strategic direction and program development in support of the company’s mission, vision, and values.

Your responsibilities will encompass talent management, program development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in HR management and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This role will require approximately 20% travel.

The Salary Range is 125k to 195k based upon prior depth and breadth of work experience, education, and overall skill set.

Our client would like a candidate with the following Experience:

• At least ten years of progressive experience in human resource management experience with a focus on strategic talent management and development.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters or law degree preferred.

• 5+ years of experience leading (VP/Director or Executive level) an HR function for a company of at least 300MM in annual sales.

• Working Spanish language proficiency preferred.

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
