Customer Service Representative

Ontario Insurance Hub is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a temporary remote position.

Duties/Skills may include:
Checking voicemails and returning calls to clients to discuss insurance policies
Sending out insurance documents and packages to clients
Sending emails to clients regarding their insurance coverage
Explaining insurance policies and coverage options to clients
Working Monday to Friday

Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Return phone calls and emails promptly
Assist clients with insurance inquiries and policy information
Process insurance documents and packages
