Duties:

• Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase fan engagement and support our team.
• Research and identify potential sponsorship opportunities.
• Available to assist with game day operations on-site. 

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong passion for women's basketball and a desire to contribute to the growth of the sport.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic about learning new skills and taking on challenges.
