Administrative Assistant - Des Moines, IA

We are currently looking for an office manager specifically focused on document control for a position near Des Moines, IA. Need to be computer savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Products. Being able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, including office administration, customer service, and employee management.

Experience working with large scale construction and maintenance projects is required.

General responsibilities:
• Oversee efficient and smooth day-to-day operations in the office
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Promote a safe workplace

Job Details:
• Full Time 40 hours
• Monday to Friday
