This position plays an integral role in the sales and marketing operations of the Company. The person will be primarily responsible for the execution of the Company's daily sales and marketing activities. It requires a thorough and organized person who constantly pays attention to detail. Candidate must be open to professionally interacting with customers over the phone and email. This role is a unique chance to be a part of a long-standing, successful, privately-held company that is growing at a rapid pace. Depending on your capabilities, this position can evolve into an account executive position, which does require some travel. Responsibilities
• Enter sales data and contacts into sales and marketing database
• Search the web and proprietary databases for sales leads and account information
• Update account information in sales and marketing database
• Engage in customer support via email, phone and online chat tool
• Assist with sales administrative tasks such as tax certificate processing, order processing, payment confirmation, etc.
• Prepare outbound email campaigns
• Coordinate trade show schedule and equipment shipments
• Answer and route phone calls accordingly
• Use our CRM system in daily tasks
• Assist with marketing tasks as needed
Requirements
• Very computer literate
• Must be able to use all standard Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Highly effective web search ability using Google and other web tools
• Detail oriented work style
• Meticulous data entry style
• Able to work in a team environment
• Able to work with a minimum of supervision is a prerequisite for this position
• Must be able to work a 40-hour week during normal business hours plus any required overtime
What Sets you apart
- Experience with online CRM database (e.g. NetSuite or SalesForce)
- Goal & results oriented
- Strong verbal, written, and formal presentation communication skills
- Ability to accomplish results in a cross-functional team working closely with sales
- Industry experience related to Ruggedized technology and Headsets
- Flexibility to work on projects of all scales and types, both collaboratively and independently
Compensation will consist of competitive pay and benefits based on experience.
