Job description

JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE
Responsible for managing orders, addressing customer inquiries, resolving order-related issues, and collaborating with various teams to optimize the order management system. Will need to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support throughout the order lifecycle.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Interact successfully and positively in a participatory climate, working collaboratively with our customers, sales, and internal team.
  • Assist sales personnel in day-to-day functions around the sales process.
  • Where applicable, be a contact for external customers in a customer support/inside sales role and provide support to our customers resulting in increased customer service which leads to increased customer satisfaction and excellent customer experience. Issues include pricing, service, delivery, commercial issue resolution or technical issues.
  • Work with the assigned sales reps and external customers to reach and exceed sales quotas established by sales leadership.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of company's products and services. (Training will be provided.)
  • Aid Contracts team (where applicable) in clarifying requirements from customers to include providing information for quotes on renewals and other assistance as required.
  • Demonstrate active listening skills. Be curious and willing to ask questions to dive deeper into the needs of the customer.
  • Be sensitive to the details when composing, processing, and proofing information and data.
  • Manage multiple projects and customers and interruptions with ease.
  • Demonstrate data analysis and critical thinking skills.
  • Assist in placement of Managed Services contracts (both internally and with partners).
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations Support colleagues and leadership to respond to escalating concerns that are generated from customers.
  • Places purchase orders with suppliers.
  • Works with distribution partners to ensure products are delivered on time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • May be employed by Peak LLC or Peak Inc.

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS
  • Degree in business or related field. Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
