Mobile Service Technician

The role of a Mobile Service Technician is to service our customers on-location in order to diagnose, maintain and repair vehicles in accordance with dealer and factory standards.

Service Technician Responsibilities: 

• Availability to work days, weekends and/or evenings as needed
• Ability to professionally communicate directly with customers regarding their vehicle
• Perform vehicle service, repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems 
• Conduct multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of Customer vehicles
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Work with the Parts Department to ensure the correct parts are ordered and timeline of when they will be received

Service Technician Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• No Experience Needed
• Safe driving record & valid in-state driver’s license
• Fast, eager learner and team player
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
