Summary

Functional & Technical Management for activities related to E-mobility, focusing on Battery Module and Pack assembly, New Technology Engineering/Product Development; Organize the workload of the E-mobility R&D Department, Supervise E-mobility R&D projects (Quality, scope, cost, timing); Manage and monitor KPI of all projects; Support the professional growing of the managed staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

Main areas of responsibilities are:

  • Manage and Develop the Regional E-mobility team; Identify Competencies Matrix of all Members
  • Responsible for the training of new employees
  • Responsible for employee workload planning and forecasting
  • Develop resources growth plan and resource motivation
  • Lead the activity of COMAU Solutions for E-mobility applications
  • Build the pipe-line of qualified E-mobility & Battery Assembly resource, Responsible for the training of fresh staff;
  • Build and Maintain team structure and supervision system for persistent improvement on E-mobility products and solutions quality and efficiency; Lesson learnt system;
  • Scouting and define the proper new suppliers
  • Contribute to long term development of local business and organization;
  • Support and align with Proposal team about technical solution and Mech. and Controls Engineering cost estimation;
  • Support Sales with technical documentation and customer visits
  • Provide technical presentations at Comau and at Customer sites
  • Guarantee the compliance with Comau processes
  • Maintain customer relationship and guarantee the customer satisfaction in technical aspect
