Global Contact Services is seeking qualified Supervisor Candidates for its call center in Long Island City, NY.  Global Contact Services (GCS) is the call center provider for a large transportation agency.  With over 800 associates and taking 30,000 calls/day it's a fast-paced and fun environment.  If you have Supervisory experience, live within 50 miles of New York City and are looking for a new challenge then contact us!
