Receptionist

Jacky Jones Ford of Sweetwater is seeking Receptionist to join our team. Our dealership has an outstanding reputation in the area for honesty, professionalism and treating our customers and staff like family. As a receptionist, you will be the ambassador of our company’s first impressions on the guests and visitors that arrive at our dealership. Our receptionist must be charismatic and possess excellent and clear communication skills, both verbal and written. You will also be a team member of one of the best employers in Sweetwater and the surrounding area.

 

Auto Dealership Receptionist RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel and departments
  • Greet customers and visitors that arrive in the showroom
  • Clerical duties as directed, including data entry, stocking in units, filing, faxing, mail handling, making tags, and keeping up with staff schedules etc.

Auto Dealership Receptionist QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, focused on Word and Excel
  • Able to easily learn and work with new software 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Accurate and fast typing required for data entry tasks
  • Friendly and Charismatic while maintaining professionalism
  • Previous Receptionist, Host/Hostess or retail customer-facing experience a plus
