We are looking for a Receptionist to manage and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.


Job Description

  • Answer dealership phone calls
  • Greet and receive customers
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Take messages from customers and vendors
  • Assist with filing and distributing license plates to customers
  • Receive and send mail
  • Work cooperatively and communicate with sales, service, and other internal departments
  • Complete other administrative duties as assigned
Hours
  • Tuesday - Friday (3pm-8pm)
  • Saturday 9-6ย
