Shalom Gardens Health and Rehab is looking for a dependable and personable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team and provide front desk coverage during evening and weekend hours.
As one of the first people our residents, families, visitors, and team members interact with, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environment.
What You'll Do
  • Greet residents, families, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Provide light clerical and administrative support as needed.
  • Assist visitors with questions and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Help maintain a secure, organized, and welcoming front desk.
  • Communicate effectively with nursing, administrative, and other facility teams.
  • Provide dependable evening and weekend front desk coverage.
